In 1998, Molly founded boutique clothing label m.r.s. based on her trademark approach to makeup: spend less time concealing what we dislike about ourselves and more time focusing on what we love about ourselves. m.r.s. was revered by celebrities and everyday women alike. The label’s success was underscored when a couture gown from the collection was displayed in the 2003 Metropolitan Museum of Art exhibition, “Goddess.” The piece was subsequently acquired by the museum to reside in their distinguished permanent collection. From 2006 to 2010, Procter & Gamble selected Molly to represent CoverGirl Cosmetics as the brand’s Celebrity Makeup Artist. Molly continues to work as an ambassador on selective red carpet projects for prestigious brands including Laura Mercier, Chanel, Glossier, Elizabeth Arden and L’Oreal. In 2011, the Hollywood Style Awards honored Molly with the award for Makeup Artist of the Year.
